A point of view
There’s a difference between software that technically works and software that feels genuinely good to use.
Too much modern application development consists of stacking frameworks, runtimes, wrappers, browser technology, and compatibility layers until something resembling an app comes out the other side.
It’s convenient. It’s familiar. And too often, the person using the application pays the price.
We don’t think that should be the standard.
Native App Studio builds applications around technology designed for the experience we’re trying to create—not around whatever happens to be easiest to package and ship.
Cross-platform shouldn’t mean compromised.

The technology should serve the product. Not the other way around.

Sometimes it means rebuilding the application underneath it. Sometimes it means both.
Good.
